If I could give this company less than one star I would. Customer service called today, Sunday, to tell me that they were cancelling my Monday morning appointment because another appointment required extra time for the tech to pick up parts. If the other appointment that hasnt happened yet requires more time shouldnt they reschedule the other client instead of me? Ive been waiting a week for this appointment, living with a broken washing machine. Take your business somewhere else.
