Even under construction there ‘s proof that management is not what it should be. If you go there at night while they’re still renovating watch where you step because there is no lighting at all at the entrance. The contractor is to blame but if management would do their job they would have realized how potentially dangerous this could be.
Lately the service has been terrible, I'd say for the past two months at least. Waiting time is much longer than before. For example, at the drive thru I sometimes have to say " Hello,Hello " so they finally ask me want I want. I've been going there for years and I see the change lately. I do not blame the employees, I know for a fact that it's management.
rarely stop in Casselman even if I live there. I also rarely complain but customer service is horrible. In Casselman, orders are mostly screwed up and people argue on what you order. So I kept the wrong order so I paid also 8$ for 2 coffee and a plain butter bagel. ?
Want eggs? White breAd? 4 cheese bagels? Chicken for snack wraps? Yogurt? Yeah, this Tim horton's has none of these things.. On top of that I ordered a BLT sandwhich and they used a whopping 1 piece of bacon for the entire sandwhich. My coffee was watered down and disgusting.
All this after waiting 15 minutes just to get to the drive through window.
I will never go there again.
