Very rude uncompassionate staff.
Had received a transvaginal ultra sound, and the technologist was physically rough, and lacked medical professional communication skills.
I do not recommend this location at all.
A patient should not leave feeling worse than when they arrived .
I was told that I was called and left a message regarding a appointment to see a cardiologist at her Newmarket Office, never received a call nor a voice message, I am guessing I am not important enough to phone back or here is a idea check the number you are calling before dialing. The staff at this location either does not care about it's patients or it is understaffed either way it is no way to treat someone whom they are telling that they need open heart surgery!!

Ive gone for 2 ultrasounds there and thought the first time was a fluke. Unfortunately I had Vera the lady with the russian accent both times and I feel as if she lacks any type of copassion. Told me i wasnt feeling kicks and it was "too early" to feel anything when I know muliple people who have felt their baby kick at 18 weeks. Thankfully my ultrasounds havent shown anything abnormal but I would hate to see how she would act towards someone who has complications.
Had my first trimester ultrasound last week.. The tech I got was incredibly rude and grouchy. Said you can't hear the heartbeat until 12 weeks, didn't even try.. Other moms have heard their baby's heart beat by now.. I was 10 weeks 1 day. She mumbled something, asked her to say it again, she raised her voice and spoke slower like I was a kid. Towards the end of the ultrasound, wanted to have a bit more of a look at my baby and she just ended the appointment abruptly. Never getting her again! First ultrasound experience was awful. Wasn't friendly at all. I was recommended another tech there by a friend.. Petit girl with red hair, very sweet.
Bad customer service. Went for our 18 week Prenatal screen and technician did not even try to find gender and didn't complete the diagnostic that needed to be completed. Rebooked for two weeks later (today) and they advised us that they booked for next Monday and not today. The requisition form is for weeks 18-20. They messed up big time and won't even make up for it. Highly suggest that you don't come here unless you want to waste your time.
