Horrible experience at Clinical Sleep Solutions in North Vancouver! I had 60 day trial for a CPAP at this place. My trial end was coming up so I made an appointment to return it (4 days after my trial was up was when they booked me in) Once I returned the machine and told them I was not going to purchase one (their prices are over $1000 more than anywhere else!!) I was informed I would not be getting my $250 deposit back. The woman I dealt with was extremely rude!
They were really great. The staff members are very professional and knowledgeable, but also they had a really nice way of interacting with their clients. Being new to CPAP, I was feeling pretty needy and emotional when I went in, but they took good care of me and made things as easy as possible. I'm looking forward to doing business with them for years to come.
