I’ve been going to Dan Hansen for years I think 6 years. Sure there have been issues but they stood behind it and fixed it. This time I’ve been in 6 times for my heater. Never had any issues for 14 years on this issue until I took it in. Oh it this or oh it’s this or ok it’s this. And when you’re driving 7 hrs in -12 weather enough is enough. I took it back in still under warranty and was told we won’t charge you this time. Wow. I’m done this place is a joke they do things to get more money
