Contractor is not punctual, states will come at 8 am, coming at 2 pm or doesn't come at all. Works very dirty, demolished one bathroom and the whole house was submerged under dust. Likes to do shortcuts. Put on his quote that will remove old subfloor, when he figured out that the old subfloor was put on a glue,refused to remove it. When we fired him he called us every name from textbook and police needed to be present to keep peace when he was removing his tools from our house.
