My experience at The Eye Wearhouse was very disappointing. The environment felt tense and stressful, and staff seemed afraid to speak up. The focus was on pushing overpriced skincare and add-ons rather than helping with glasses. I later learned eye exams were done by an optician, not an optometrist, which many customers wouldn’t expect. I left feeling misled and would not recommend this place.
