    The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Do not value long time customers or show any appreciation for giving them your business. Rates constantly changing which leaves someone that has been there for a long time, paying at times $100/month more than someone just movingin in, never passing the savings on to long time customers. Office manager is rude, inefficient, and not professional whatsoever. Do not reccommend to anyone.

    Break in at this location on May 4. Not notified until May 15 of potential issues at some storage locations. Attended our unit on May 17 to discover our Rv and at least 9 others had been vandalized. We had not been notified of damage to our unit by Sentinel. Basically have been told to deal with the issue through our own insurance. Why were not notified sooner by the management?? Paying for secure storage and appreciate that damage can happen but why is management not taking responsibility
